据某家美国房地产公司数据显示，其经纪人在1月份参与了所有类型住宅的2270项销售，比2019年1月的1950项销售高出16.4%，比2019年12月的3033项销售高出25.2%。在整体销售数据上显示，与2019年1月相比，2020年1月独栋住宅销量(1751套)增长17.0%，公寓销量(294套)同比增长1.7%。与2019年1月相比，复式公寓、联排别墅和别墅(225套)的价格上涨了37.2%。【LENNAR美国房产网—100多万美国新房】
而根据奥兰多房源的整体库存表显示，与2019年1月相比，1月份可供购买的房屋总库存(7030套)下降了14.7%，与上月相比上升了0.1%。独栋房屋减少了16.0%;公寓减少了11.9%;联排别墅/等减少7.0%。
目前，奥兰多房产数据显示1月份购房者支付的平均利率为3.55%，低于1月份的3.66%。
与2019年1月相比，奥兰多市整个MSA (Lake、Orange、Osceola和Seminole县)1月份的现房销售增长了11.8%。
各县销售情况比较如下:
湖泊（Lake）:2019年1月以上9.2%;
橙县（Orange）:比2019年1月高9.9%;
奥西奥拉（Osceola）:比2019年1月高25.3%;
