也许大家还记得两年前Pavilion Park开盘时的火爆，在一年之内，Pavilion Park的726栋新房中的一半已经售出，在不到两年之后的今天，Pavilion Park的所有房子几乎已经全部卖光。不仅如此， 从开盘到现在，Pavilion Park的房价已经全面上涨，保守估计平均涨幅在10%左右（没找到具体数字，系小编估计）。
乘着Pavilion Park热销的东风，其开发商FivePoint Communities在今年一月份宣布，橙县大公园的第二个小区Beacon Park将于这个夏天开盘，具体开盘日期会在七月公布。已经选定的九个知名建商分别是曾经参与建筑Pavilion Park的K. Hovnanian Homes， Lennar， Pulte Homes， Richmond American Homes， Ryland Homes， Shea Homes，和Taylor Morrison，还有新加入的DR Horton 和Standard Pacific。
Beacon Park的房屋主要采用美式传统建筑风格，兼收并蓄全美各地的建筑特色。从目前公布的数据来看，Beacon Park的建商们一共推出了15大类新屋，具体看下面的表格。

身处尔湾联合学区，Beacon Park目前的小学，初中和高中分别是Canyon View Elementary，Jeffrey Trail Middle School 和Northwood High School 。由于新的K-8学校Beacon Park School已经在四月一日破土动工并计划于2016年8月投入使用，再加上已经同样定于2016年8月投入使用新高中Portola High School，所以从明年秋天开始，Beacon Park的孩子们将进入这两所全新的学校上学。
也许有的家长会担心新学校的水准，小编觉得实在没有必要。因为大家都知道，在美国，学校总体水平的高低是和学生的素质，父母的教育程度，以及父母对孩子的教育投入紧密联系在一起的，尔湾的学生和家长在这些方面真的是一点都用不着担心。还有一点，新高中的校长是Uni-High的现任校长John Pehrson，这下大家更可以放心了。Beacon Park小区内最大的公园和小区同名，也叫Beacon Park，建于小区的中心地带，公园内有游泳池，水疗池，休息区，多功能室外运动场，会议室，庭院和室外厨房，儿童游乐园，地掷球场地（bocce ball court），和占地5英亩的大草地。最值得一提的是，在小区建成之后，将有一条专门的步行/自行车道从小区通往橙县大公园，直接把大公园变成小区的游乐场！
Beacon Park 附近还有Woodbury Town Center和Orchard Hills Town Center两个小区购物中心，里面的超市（Trader Joe’s和Ralphs），银行，洗衣店，宠物医院，牙医，健身中心，家装市场，快餐店，餐馆等一应俱全，完全能满足一家人的日常生活所需。
Beacon Park 距离尔湾两个大的购物中心Irvine Spectrum和The Market Place也都不远，如果想要逛逛大百货公司，或者看看品牌小店，都只要开车10分钟就能到达。
FivePoint Communities和九大建商们希望继Pavilion Park的辉煌之后，再次联手创建一个臻于完美的模范社区。
