美国知名房产网站的最新数据显示，2016年全美房屋价格以近10年来最快的年增长率持续增长，接近房价泡沫时期的峰值。
房屋价值同比2015年11月高出6.5%，达到192,500美元，仅比2007年的创下的纪录低2%。房屋租金年增长率为1.5%，目前的月租金中位数为1,403美金，预计2017年这一数据将继续攀升。
数据还显示，强劲的增长在西雅图和加州等市场上尤其明显，因为其强劲的就业市场在过去一年中吸引了众多的新购房者。
2016年全美房屋价值同比去年最大高出11%，这是在住房泡沫破裂和房屋价值暴跌，并在经济危机最严重时期同比下跌7.4%之后，从2012年开始稳步复苏的一种表现形式。
该网站一位知名首席经济学家说道，“房屋价值增长依然强劲，主要是由于买家需求强劲，加之全国许多市场的待售库存有限”。
